Note :
- Students are required to accumulate 4 units of English for graduation
- In order to obtain units in English Language courses, students have to pass with a minimum of a Grade C. Otherwise, no units will be awarded.
- Students with a Band 5+/6 in MUET must accumulate the 4 units of English from the courses in the post-advanced level [LHP410 / 411 / 412 / 458 / 459*]. They can also take foreign language courses to replace their English language units but they must first obtain a written consent from the Dean of the School of Languages, Literacies and Translation, USM.
- Students with a score of 179 and below in MUET are required to resit MUET to improve their score to Band 4/4.5 or take LSP101 (ProgressiveEnglish) and pass with a minimum of a Grade C.
