PROFILE

Mozhgan holds a PhD in Translation and currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Languages, Literacies, and Translation at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her areas of interest include Translation Technology, Machine Translation, and Audiovisual Translation.

Personal Passions & Interests

  • Paddler: Member of Penang Expat's Dragon Boat team for Pendang race 2022, and represented Celtic Warriors, Ireland in the Sarawak International Dragon Boat Regatta 2023.
  • Runner: Engages in various marathon and half-marathon events.
  • Rock Climber: Passion for rock climbing and completed the trek to Everest Base Camp.
  • Animal Advocate: Engaged in elephant conservation as an Elephant Ambassador at Cambodia's Elephant Valley Project and passionate about canine welfare.
