Marlina Jamal, Dr.

PROFILE

Dr. Marlina Jamal is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Languages, Literacies and Translation, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang. She possesses a Bachelor's Degree in BLL  from Universiti of Malaya, Master of Arts (MA) from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) in Critical Discourse Analysis from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has a vast experience of teaching tertiary education in both public and private institutions. Her area of specialization is Critical Discourse Analysis. Her areas of research includes discourse analysis, stylistics, forensic linguistics, gender studies and pure linguistics.
